Delivery

All UK deliveries are normally by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. A tracking number is available on request.

Unless otherwise requested, orders are normally despatched the next working day and are sent 2nd Class. Our experience shows that there is no difference in speed of delivery between first and second class.

Overseas orders are likewise sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer. Postal charges are generally included in the cost of purchase and are calculated at the point of purchase.

Orders can be collected free of charge by arrangement from Hendred Stores. Please let us know when you might be arriving to collect on 01235 862540.

If you are not going to be at the delivery address then you can specify alternative arrangements such as “leave with a neighbour” “leave in porch” or you can use an alternative delivery address. Where a signature has been obtained against a tracking number, the goods will have been deemed to have been delivered and no claim for non-delivery can be made.

If goods are returned because of an inaccurate address or because no one was in to receive them, postage will be charged again if re-delivery is required.

Notwithstanding, all LP units can be returned for a full refund including postage for any reason during the 12 month period from the date of purchase.
